Solara Medical to supply Spring Health Universal Infusion Sets in US
Solara Medical Supplies has entered into an agreement to distribute D Medical Industries' subsidary Spring Health Solutions' Universal Infusion Sets in the US.
Spring Health said the agreement has an initial term of two years and will thereafter be renewed for one-year period.
The Universal Infusion Sets feature hidden, auto-retractable needle, 360 degree connector, and smallest one-click, all-in-one inserter.
In the case the base of the infusion set detaches from the user's body, by utilizing the Detach-Detect mechanism, it creates an occlusion alarm in an insulin pump which enables for continuously controlled and monitored insulin delivery, thus providing additional safety.
